Kids doing what they do best: Being happy

When you’re feeling down, one of the hardest challenges is to find a way out of the emotional and/or physical rut you’re in. You’ve read it here and elsewhere: Find your joy. Just how are you supposed to do that when you’re experiencing pain and anguish over the things in your life?

We’ve all enjoyed happy times in our lives. The best way to find a bit of happiness now is to think back to that happy time in your life. Try to remember the happiest you’ve ever felt. Think of the laughter, the peace, the confidence you experienced. Think of the ease of the moment.

From this point, move away from the details of the moment you’re reliving and focus on the feeling itself. Simply let the goodness of the feelings percolate through you. Let the happiness and even joy course through your veins.

As you practise this exercise, you’re creating positive building blocks for your future. You’re manifesting great things.

Wasn’t that easy?
