TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) is a remarkable and easy-to-learn technique that is useful for clearing away emotional trauma. TAT utilizes a combination of acupressure, phase and intentions to guide a user through a 9-step protocol that enables one to release stress caused by some trauma in life. It has also been shown to be useful for other issues such as weight optimization, allergies, relationships and more.
While I do not use TAT in my business practice (I’m not certified as a TAT practitioner), I do use TAT in my personal journey to deal with all manner of issues. Along with my Quantum-Touch and QiGong practice, TAT is a powerful adjunct.
I believe strongly in enabling a person to take control of and responsibility for their own well-being. TAT is so easy to learn that a person can get started with it within just a few minutes.
One of the biggest benefits of TAT is that you don’t need to relive a trauma in order to work through and resolve the problem. Even better, there are times when we feel that something is wrong, but we don’t know what it is. We could be dealing with feelings of depression, but not understand the source of that depression. TAT gives us a way of dealing with these unknown causes.
